INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMMING
This option is for our more advanced athletes that have a strong understanding of proper form and mechanics. Athletes begin with a multi-day assessment with a strength coach where current abilities, needs and goals will be determined. From there, your strength coach will write an individualized program based on goals, sport and needs. The client can complete their individualized program any time their schedule allows and will be re-evaluated every 4-6 weeks.
