BARBELL & SPEED 1.0 (MS)
A strength and conditioning class designed for athletes who are new to strength training or have less than one year experience in the weight room. This class will focus on foundational movements such as squat, bench press, and clean in order to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury and increase movement proficiency. This class will also work to develop the foundations of speed and agility training.
BARBELL & SPEED 2.0 (HS)
This general Strength & Conditioning class is designed for high school athletes to increase strength, speed, agility, mobility, and flexibility. All are necessary components to increase athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
