Our Customer Service Providers are dedicated professionals who enjoy interacting with and getting to know people. They maintain a friendly, positive attitude, thrive while multitasking in a fast-paced work environment, and are passionate about serving patients and clients by addressing their needs so they can achieve their goals and live their best lives. In addition, Customer Service Providers deliver dedicated support to our providers, ensuring they have the resources, information, and assistance necessary to effectively care for their patients.  

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Customer Service 

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients, clients and team members. 
  • Greet patients/clients upon arrival. 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all services offered by the clinic to effectively assist patients and answer questions. 
  • Ensure all patients/clients are receiving above and beyond customer service. 

Front Desk Operations 

  • Collect patient/client payments during check in. 
  • Obtain documents needed for patient appointment. 
  • Scan and upload documents into patient charts accurately. 
  • Manage incoming office mail and email correspondence. 

Scheduling & Appointment Coordination  

  • Coordinate schedule adjustments to maintain provider productivity and patient access to care. 
  • Schedule appointments based on the patient’s plan of care.  
  • Reschedule or move appointments when providers are out of the office. 

Clinic Environment 

  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. 
  • Help ensure patient-facing areas such as the front desk and lobby remain professional and presentable. 
  • Support the team in maintaining organized shared spaces. 

Other Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring yourself as well as your team members are living into the mission, vision and core values of Youngs Physical Therapy & Sports Performance 
  • Arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. 
  • Actively listen & participate in team meetings 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
