General Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities 

Patient Care 

  • Review patients’ plan of care 
  • Monitor therapeutic activity and therapeutic exercises for proper form and mechanics  
  • Assisting with documentation  

Efficiency and Productivity of Daily Schedule 

  • Communicate regularly with providers and Team Coordinators to coordinate patient scheduling and plan of care needs. 
  • Ensure patients are scheduled with the appropriate provider and care team based on their sport, injury, or body region. 
  • Schedule patients according to the recommended frequency and duration outlined in their plan of care. 
  • Monitor patient schedules to ensure they have sufficient appointments booked to support progress toward their goals. 

Cryotherapy Technician 

  • Lead patients and clients through the cryotherapy chamber, ensuring a safe and effective experience. 
  • Provide comprehensive information about the benefits of cryotherapy, setting expectations for what clients can anticipate before, during, and after their sessions. 
  • Manage the checkout process by collecting payments or applying sessions to existing packages. 
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, laundry, sanitizing bathrooms, maintaining a clean lobby, and disposing of trash to uphold a welcoming environment.

Other Responsibilities 

  • Ensuring yourself as well as your team members are living into the mission, vision and core values of Youngs Physical Therapy & Sports Performance 
  • Arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. 
  • Actively listen & participate in team meetings 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
