SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
This is the perfect option for most of our clients. Our trainers will write a customized workout based on your specific needs and goals. The first 20 minutes of your session will be one on one with your trainer. Your trainer will demonstrate your workout and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. After the first 20 minutes, your trainer will begin with the next client; however a trainer will be there to continuously monitor and encourage you for the full 60 minutes. You can choose to have an individual start time or share a start time with a partner.
